Soul Aligned Energy is a relational, paced practice rather than a quick fix or formula.
Our work together unfolds over time through intentional conversation, presence, and Clinical Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping). Sessions are grounded, responsive, and guided by what’s emerging for you in the moment.
We begin by slowing down and creating safety in the nervous system. From there, we explore what’s beneath the surface — emotional stress, inner conflict, old patterns, or life transitions — and work gently with what arises.
Clinical EFT is introduced naturally when emotional or physical discomfort appears, supporting integration and relief without forcing change. Sessions typically close with a grounding technique to help consolidate the work.
